On Demo Day

What should I expect from a Demo Day?
You can expect a small number of other people interested in starting a drone business or using spray drones for their farm. Typically there's food, drinks and more. You'll see for yourself how effective spray drones are, and what it takes to fly them.
Where is Demo Day held?
Demos are typically held at the nuWay Ag headquarters in Dundee, Ohio.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! We do ask if you plan to bring more than one friend or family member then please let us know so we can plan for refreshments and food accordingly.
Food? So there is food at this event?
Yes! nuWay Ag will provide coffee and light snacks in the morning upon arrival. We’ll also provide lunch for everyone at the end of the event.
When does Demo Day start?
We start at 9 AM.
How long does Demo Day last?
You can expect to spend a half day with us at nuWay Ag between the arrival, the demonstrations, Q&A session, and lunch. Demo Day events typically wrap up around 1 PM.
What do I need to bring?
You just need to show up and be ready to learn some awesome things about how to use drones for agricultural purposes! Take pictures or videos on your phone, or bring pen & paper to jot down notes. We provide everything else.
Where should I stay while I'm in town for Demo Day?
The Inn at Amish Door(call 330-359-7996) is just five minutes away from our facility. If you need a room, we encourage you to book in advance as they can fill up quickly during peak tourist season.
What should I do if I can no longer attend?
Things change, we understand. However, please notify us so we can plan accordingly and set you up with another date for Demo Day.
I am traveling to Demo Day from far away, what else is there to do in town?
We’re located in the heart of Amish Country in Ohio, and we recommend you check out some of the attractions in the area. To find an activity that fits you and your schedule, visithttps://www.visitamishcountry.com/travel-ideas-trails.
Will discounts be available at the vent?
Yes! nuWay Ag offers discounts on most products for those who attend Demo Day.
Will I have a chance to ask questions about agriculture specific to my area and the best ways to get started?
Yes. Our staff is experienced and fully equipped to answer most questions related to agriculture spraying and marketing in different areas in the USA. If you have a crop question, we can help.
Can I purchase equipment the same day as the Demo?
nuWay Ag keeps most products on hand at our headquarters, including drones and trailer systems. If you anticipate purchasing equipment on the same day as the Demo to take home with you, please call ahead to make arrangements with our staff.
Will you cover regulation and licensing during Demo Day?
Yes! We’ll answer all questions about both regulations and licensing that you need to get started.
Is Demo Day held indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, portions of the event will be held outdoors. However, if the weather drops below 32 degrees, the event will be held inside. It’s recommended you dress accordingly for the expected weather conditions, just in case.
