Refund Policy
When you purchase products or services from nuWay Ag, you, the Customer, agree to adhere to the following return guidelines and procedures.
General Returns Policy: At nuWay Ag we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. We accept product returns within a 30-day window, given that an RMA number is provided. All drones, accessories, equipment or other products must be in pristine condition, including their original packaging, along with all accessories, cables, manuals, and other materials included at purchase. Drones that have been used or show any signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
Commercial/Enterprise/Agras & Custom Equipment Sales
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All sales of commercial/enterprise/agras drones as well as trailers and drone accessories are final and non-refundable.
The commercial/enterprise drones & equipment covered under this policy include but are not limited by:
- DJI Matrice 30 Series
- DJI Matrice 350 Series
- DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Series
- DJI Agras T40
- DJI Agras T50
- DJI Flycart
- nuWay Ag Drone Trailer
Any and all items returned that do not match the condition outlined in the RMA request will be rejected, with the responsibility to retrieve such items falling to the purchaser.
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
nuWay Ag will refuse returns lacking an RMA number. On the rare occasion a product is delivered in a non-operational state, indicating hardware failure at first use, the customer must file an RMA request within 10 days of confirmed delivery. DOA items will either be repaired or replaced with the same model or an equivalent by nuWay Ag, based on our assessment. Beyond this period, all warranty claims should be directed to the product's manufacturer. nuWay Ag issues a prepaid return shipping label for all DOA returns after RMA request approval, aiming to expedite the repair or replacement process efficiently.
Manufacturer Warranty Policy
Each manufacturer has their own warranty policy. DJI and JZ have a one-year warranty policy on most of their products.
Assumption of Liability
nuWay Ag is not liable for any injuries, damages, or misuse of products purchased from nuwayag.com. Return policies are voided if product packaging is opened, internal components are tampered with, or if the customer modifies any part of the product.
Additional Equipment Warranties
nuWay Ag does not provide any warranties on equipment and defers to the manufacturer for any complaints/warranties/guarantees.
Return Shipping Costs
nuWay Ag will cover the return shipping costs for products deemed DOA following an RMA request. For all other authorized returns, the customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. All returns must be sent using a method that allows for package tracking. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and if a refund is issued, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount, applicable also to orders qualifying for free shipping.
Refunds for Deposits
Deposits are subject to nuWay Ag's discretion with a 15% refund fee. Refunds may not be possible for purchased inventory.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, nuWay Ag will conduct an inspection within 24-48 hours and promptly notify you. The status of your refund will be updated following this inspection process.
Giveaway Returns Policy
Any items purchased that provide entry into a giveaway are non-refundable once the giveaway drawing has taken place. No returns will be accepted for products associated with giveaway entries.
