How To:

File a Warranty/Repair Claim

Follow the steps below to file a warranty repair claim.

Step One:

Open the DJI Smartfarm App on Your Device

Step 2:

Go to devices and click “Repair Service” under the device that you wish to initiate a claim for.

Step Three:

Click the green button “Request Repair”

Upload all required information. If this is a warranty, include that in the description. When you send the drone to us we can confirm that the issue you are experiencing is under warranty

Step Four:

Under “Service Center” select nuWay Ag and submit your claim. You are in charge of shipping your drone to the service center.
