Warranty for your DJI Agriculture Drone

DJI has one of the best warranty programs for agriculture drones in the USA. Through service centers (like ours) they offer a generous 1-year limited warranty on most of the drone components. 

Here's how the DJI agriculture warranty process works: 

1. You submit a repair request through the SmartFarm App, selecting nuWay Ag as the service center. 
2. In the case of a crash, Upload the flight logs from your controller. 
3. Let us know you started a request, and send us the QR code for the crash (if applicable) 
4. We submit to DJI through our service portal.
5. Send the drone to our service center
6. We repair it and process the warranty
7. We ship it back to you
   

To apply for warranty on DJI agriculture batteries like the DB1560:

1. Send us a video showing the error and serial number
2. We submit the warranty case. 
3. Once approved, you ship the battery back to us
4. We send you a new replacement battery. 

Please note warranty doesn't cover the cost of shipping to and from our service center.
